Ancient Wetlands Canine Recipe with Roasted Fowl is rated out of 5 by 223.Rated 3 out of 5 by Char from Why brewers yeast? I love TOTW kibble and have fed it for years. I was happy to see the line of Ancient Grains foods come out, as I know dogs do better with grains in their diet, however after a couple days my dog was itching and panting constantly. She is allergic to brewers yeast, which is one reason I chose TOTW. Upon checking the ingredients, I found that all the Ancient Grain flavors contain yeast. I don’t know what the purpose of that is, since the grain-free flavors do not contain it, but I wish yeast was not included. Unfortunately,I will not be able to use this product. Please consider reformulating without the addition of allergens.Date published: 2020-07-17Rated 5 out of 5 by caitlint64d9 from Noticed my dog was getting a little bored of his food to say the least. He had been eating the same formula for 7 years and started to not be as excited for dinner time and wouldnt rush to eat it like he usually would. Around the same time Taste of the Wilds package came, I was a little nervous to give him something different since he had been eating the same food for so long. I slowly started to mix it in with his other food. Let me tell you, he went nuts for it! Just like how he use to get when he was younger for his previous food. He definitely likes it and I like that I have the reassurance that Im feeding my dog something good for him that he likes.Date published: 2019-11-01Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous from I love The packaging, I believe my dogs really and truly enjoyed this because after they got their portion they finished all of it. We have only switched their dog food a couple of times throughout their lifetime. A couple meaning like three times we dont usually let them have anything outside of what they normally eat meaning their dog food but because Influenster sent me this I decided I would give it a try and they gobbled it up and theres nothing left behind that says otherwise you know. I like this brand and I would be very interested in possibly switching them from what they eat now to this brand I highly recommend.Date published: 2019-11-08Rated 5 out of 5 by thubefit from I liked how my dog would eat it every time I put this in his bowl. He has been very picky before, but with this product, he wasn't at all picky. I don't know if it was because we haven't switched foods in a while though. I had to mixed this food with my dog's primary food to prevent diarrhea, but luckily he did not get any diarrhea with this brand, which is great! There was nothing really that I disliked about this product. It seemed like it tasted great, didn't make my dog have diarrhea, and as a dog-owner, the dog food didn't have a bad smell to it either, I liked this a lot, and may possibly purchase this product to give to my dog in the near future.Date published: 2020-01-02Rated 3 out of 5 by katw7bae from I received this complimentary from Influenster for testing purposes. Working in the veterinary field, I am very strict with what dog foods I offer my dogs. Taste of the Wild is one brand I try to stay away from because their grain-free formula has had reports of cases leading to canine heart disease or DCM, but since this was a formula with grain, I was less worried to let my dogs sample the Ancient Wetlands Canine Recipe with Roasted Fowl. Both of my dogs seemed to really enjoy it. I personally will not switch my dogs diets to this food because I do not completely trust this brand, but from a review standpoint, my dogs seemed to like it.Date published: 2019-12-03Rated 5 out of 5 by Caitlin7 from Finally something that works for my Akita! I have an unfixed male American Akita, i was feeding him Pedigree, but all the sudden he got the runs for a week straight!!! I had switched him to a diet of plain white rice for quite a while. Even just plain boiled chicken would upset his stomach!!! Finally, after searching online i found this food! I slowly introduced it by mixing it with less and less rice each feeding. At first i tried the prairie kind. Then i tried the Sierra mountain one. I just started him on this one, the wetlands, almost a month ago. This is the recipe for him!!! He doesn’t look so skinny anymore, he’s filled out so nicely he’s actually getting chunkier LOL. His bowel movements are a perfect consistency, he’s not constipated, and he doesn’t have the runs. His coat even looks better. It is more on the expensive side for me... but I am soooooo freaking grateful i found this food!!Date published: 2019-11-23Rated 4 out of 5 by haleyyy_bugg from Cash (my dog) ate this food up like it was his last meal. He never has any problems when it comes to eating. I did half his current food & half taste of the wild. He seemed to like it a lot. The only downside was that he began itching a lot the next day after having two meals of this food. He tends to have an adverse reaction any time we chance his food. Since there was only one bag left, I decided not to push it with continuing to try this food so that he wouldnt be uncomfortable with the itching. From looking at the ingredient list, it seems to be a really clean food. I know a few breeders that feed their dogs this, so I know its a good food. I just didnt wanna push Cash too much since I dont plan on switching him. The way he was eating, you would have thought he was starving. It was gone before I had a chance to put down fresh water. I love that it has good ingredients and my dog clearly likes the taste.Date published: 2019-11-01For the Ancient Grains Fowl, what is the Calcium and Phosphorus content
